Job Description
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction:
- Implement operational procedures to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to create customized solutions for clients.
- Meet customer SLAs and team performance targets.
- Set and review KPIs for direct reports.
- Provide training for 5S implementation and performance enhancement.
- Address and resolve operational, systems, and customer-related issues promptly.
- Conduct regular operations floor inspections and share root cause analysis reports.
- Enhance efficiency through workload distribution reviews.
- Identify training needs for direct reports and coordinate training with HR.
- Assist and train staff in using warehouse systems and processing work orders.
- Facilitate effective horizontal and vertical information flow.
- Develop and train direct reports.
- Ensure accurate end-of-month billing and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and manage team performance.
- Utilize resources to meet customer SLAs.
- Adhere to HSSE, compliance, and sustainability policies and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce or fulfillment centers.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon, and night shifts on short notice.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required by the fulfillment center.
- Additional proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and WMS.
