Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
- Possess a minimum of one-year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company
- Strong command of both written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
- Perform operational tasks in F&B Service while upholding service standards and procedures
- Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations
- Address guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery as needed
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always prioritizing guest satisfaction
